Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a leader in a steel manufacturing environment
- Understanding of fabrication and assembly processes
- Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and shows initiative to address performance shortcomings
- Ability to effectively evaluate and teach team members to satisfactorily complete tasks required
- Ability to understand and resolve people and process related problems
- Fluent in English & Spanish

Responsibilities
- Lead the Night Shift production team to meet production goals
- Support Shop Manager and General Manager as needed
- Proactively understand and communicate process or parts needs
- Willing to work the hours needed
- Issue discipline to production employees and communicate issues with HR as needed
- Consistently comply with all company policies and ensure all team members do the same
