Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and applications.
- Assist with setup and configuration of user devices and accounts.
- Ensure data security and resolve any related concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve IT needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and common software applications.
- Familiarity with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
